Welcome Autumn by Steve

As we enter into October, the fall foilage is really starting to show, with many trees still green, the yellows and reds will be here for a few more weeks. It really is a pretty time of year to enjoy Teton Valley. The summer crowds have disipated, but the valley is still going strong with several activities to be done. Fishing has been fantastic, hunting season is in effect, the golf courses are still open, and plenty of time to enjoy the autumn back country.
2014 has been a good year for our valley’s real estate. Prices have gone up in all sectors and areas of different properties. Interest rates are still very good, right around 4%. Teton Valley is a desireable community to be both involved and associated with. Affordabilty is available as we sustain the ups and downs of present global economies.
